Nominate Ironman for a Sports Travel Award
MEDIA RELEASE
Help Ironman win a Sports Travel Award by nominating the Ford Ironman World Championship! We all know the event in Kona is second to none … this is our chance to let the rest of the world in on that fact.
To nominate the Ironman for the award, go to www.sportstravelmagazine.com/ and click on the Sports Travel Awards button, or go to vote.schneiderpublishing.com/ballot/ to get right to the ballot form.
Judging criteria for the award include superior organization or attendance, superior experience for competitors and/or spectators, and sites or venues that enhanced the event, series or circuit. 
Only one nomination form per e-mail address will be accepted. The nomination period ends 2 p.m. Saturday, July 11 (Hawaii time). 
The SportsTravel Awards will be presented Oct. 13-17 at the TEAMS 2009 Conference & Expo in New Orleans.
